Booking Rules
- The courts can be booked 14 days in advance from 9 pm. In other words, when booking to play 14 days in advance the new booking sheets only become available from 9 pm -- all other playing times within 14 days can be booked 24/7.
- Members should select their playing partners/opponents, "solo practice", or a guest fee (see below) to show on the booking sheets. This will also facilitate sharing booking fees within the system. Solo Practice will be monitored by the committee.
- Booking Fees:
- Adults
- £2 per 40 minutes Saturdays and Sunday time-slots starting between 1 pm and 3.20 pm.
- £4 per 40 minutes at all other times.
- Juniors:
- £2 per 40 minutes Monday - Friday from 7 am to 4 pm (£4 per 40 minutes from 4 pm onwards)
- Juniors can book time-slots having already started free-of-charge but only Monday - Friday before 4 pm (£4 from 4 pm onwards), as well as Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 3 pm (£4 from 3 pm onwards).

- Member Accounts
- Each Member has an account within the booking system and must have credit in order to book a court.
- You can purchase credit (£20 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged into this website.
- Your transaction will be securely processed by Stripe.
- Credit is non-refundable after 14 days of purchase.
- The club does not refund residual balances when members resign their membership.
- Members can share booking fees by transfering credit to each other within the system.
- On the day playing, each member will receive a Booking Reminder email message which, for the "playing partner(s) / opponent(s)", contains a link to share the cost of the booking fee paid by the member who booked the court.
- Members can also use the facility to Transfer Credit any time when logged into the system.
- Late-Cancellation Policy:
- When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that others may use the court.
- The booking fee is automatically refunded as system credit only when the booking is cancelled more than 72 hours prior.
- No refund when cancelled within 72 hours prior to start time, however, this late-cancellation charge is automatically refunded if the same court and start time is rebooked.
- Members can register to receive Cancelled Court Alerts which are sent when bookings are cancelled within 48 hours.
- Automatic Light Controls
- The court lights will automatically switch on at the reserved court time and will remain on for the duration of the booking.
- If there's no booking before, the lights will go on 5 minutes before the actual start time and, if there's no booking after, the lights will remain on 5 minutes after the actual end time.
- If the court is booked consecutively, the lights will remain on continuously.
- Extra minutes (at £1 per 10 minutes) can be added at the touch screen "kiosk".
- Please be sure that the time your purchase does not overlap the next reservation, which will take precedence, as charges for extra light-time are non-refundable (the touch screen will warn you if there is already a booking which overlaps the amount of time you want to purchase, but it will not stop you from purchasing overlapping light-time).
- Members must have credit in their booking system accounts in order to purchase extra light time.
- Please note you will need to know your PIN in order to use the kiosk to purchase light time.
- The court lights will automatically switch on at the reserved court time and will remain on for the duration of the booking.
- Guest Fees
- If you're playing a Guest (non-member), then you must select either "Guest Adult £2" as your playing partner to show on the booking sheets.
- The system will automatically charge the guest fee to your booking system account by adding it to the booking fee already paid..
- If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the Guest Fee will be removed.
- This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing (but you cannot do this after your booking start time).
